Do you also deliver to my country?
We currently only ship to residents in Germany.
How long does it take to receive my orders?
Orders take 1-2 business days to process (Monday-Friday). All orders are shipped via DHL and take 2-4 business days to arrive. Delivery details will be included in your confirmation email.
How much does the shipping cost?
Free shipping applies to orders over 100€. All other orders are shipped for a flat rate of 5.99€.
For pre-orders, please allow 3-4 weeks for delivery after the order has been processed.
How can I change/cancel my order?
There is a very limited time in which you can change/cancel the order after payment. Unfortunately, the order cannot be changed/cancelled once it has already been shipped.
If your order has not yet shipped, please contact us at info@fluffysmilespet.com with the order number for change/cancellation.
What happens if my package is lost?
Contact us and we will investigate the issue and endeavour to provide a refund or replacement.
