Shipment

General shipping information

We currently only deliver to addresses in Europe and the USA. Our shipping days are Monday through Friday, occasionally also on Saturdays, although the latter is an exception. We do not ship on holidays in Germany or Sundays.

You can view the exact shipping costs in the checkout once you have entered your delivery address, based on the exact value you are going to order. 

Processing time:

1-2 days processing time. This includes quality check and selection of the cheapest shipping service provider. Most orders received before 12 noon will be shipped the same day.

For pre-order items, the processing time is usually 2-3 weeks, but it can also take up to 4 weeks. If you have any questions in regards to our pre-order items, please contact us before placing the order. 

Shipping partners:

Our shipping partners are DHL and Deutsche Post.

Delivery times:

In Germany within 2-3 days; EU within 5 days; USA 7-10 days

Please note that the exact delivery time will always depends on the carrier, and we are not responsible and can't estimate delivery time for customs delays in the UK and USA. 

Delivery costs:

Standard cost for parcel with tracking number:

5,99€ (within Germamy); 9,99€ (within EU); 18,99€ (USA).

For orders over 100 €: free of charge
